What do you mean by Commercial Conveyancing?

If your Company is buying or leasing premises for your own business use or with a view to development or re-sale or if you are a builder buying land for development you will need our commercial Conveyancing services.

In a commercial conveyance there are far more matters to be considered than is the case in an ordinary house purchase or sale transaction.  Because of the range of issues which have to be considered it is necessary for you to have advice across a range of professional disciplines.  While we will not be able to give you all of the answers we will be able to assist you in co-coordinating the advice you get from your accountants, architects, surveyors, builders, bankers etc.   In short we will be able to be an essential part of your “team” helping you to make all of the right decisions.

We will help you agree the exact terms of the formal legal offer with the purchaser if you are purchasing or with the landlord if you are leasing.  We will take part in the negotiations to agree the final terms of the contract in complete consultation with you to the extent that you personally require.

Because there are so many possible permutations when commercial Conveyancing is required we are not able here to go into anything other than the most superficial of detail.   We do however pride ourselves that we can be an essential and valuable member of your advice team in relation to all the property needs of your business.
